Housing in Waterloo Region

There are many choices:

• Buy a house, townhouse, or condominium
• Rent a house, townhouse, apartment, or even a room in a house 
• Use short term accommodations or an emergency shelter

There is a wide range of costs for housing. The cost of living in Waterloo Region is about the same as the cost of living in many other cities across Canada.  But understand that housing may still be a large part of your living expenses.
